Exhibits to be picked up between 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday Evening
Exhibits accepted Wednesday evening 6:30p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday morning 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. No entry tickets will be issued after Wednesday evening. Judging to begin Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Opened Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
All articles must have been made by the exhibitor, and no article can be exhibited that has been previously exhibited at the STANSTEAD COUNTY FAIR
All articles must have been completed within the past year

Special projects sponsored by Ladies Department. Main Building, displays and demonstrations
Note well : Any exhibitor may be required to take the following oath : "I do solemnly swear that all articles are made and exhibited by me. So help me God."
All exhibitors must purchase a membership ticket in order to exhibit. The only exceptions being children under 10 years and adults over 70 years in classes 49, 50 and 51
No entry tickets will be issued after wednesday night. Please get your exhibitor tickets prior to the fair fromt he fair secretary.
When an exhibitor has paid $25.00 in entry fees to exhibit in the Agricultural dept, he will be entitled to a membership ticket and to exhibit in Horicultural dept. also
